3. Find your server's DNS address in the Control Panel or Server Overview.
4. Connect to your server using the DNS address in your Minecraft client.

Common Issues:

• Server won't start? Make sure you have selected a valid version. Check that you completed the rewarded ad. Try restarting your client.
• Can't connect? Double-check your server address (DNS) and make sure your Minecraft client version matches your server version.
• Server keeps stopping? If no one is online, the server automatically powers down after 10 minutes to save resources. Start it again by connecting.
• Slow connection? Server performance depends on player count and server load. Reduce max players if experiencing lag.

• Do I need my PC online? No! Your server runs on our infrastructure, completely independent of your computer.
• How many players can play? The max players is configurable in the control panel. Resource limits apply based on our fair usage policy.
• Can I install mods/plugins? Currently we support vanilla Minecraft servers. Mod and plugin support may be added in future updates.
• What if I don't play for a while? Your server stays in your account. It will power down when idle and restart instantly when players join.
• Is my data safe? Your server data is backed up regularly. We maintain high availability infrastructure to ensure your world is safe.
• Can I delete my server? Yes, you can delete servers anytime from the control panel. Your data will be permanently removed.
